It requires little skill or patience to prepare this orange-based sauce to serve with baked ham.

| 2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup raisins
8 to 10 whole cloves
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
| Combine orange juice, raisins and cloves in saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 min.
In small bowl. combine cornstarch, water, mustard and salt, blending well. Slowly stir into orange juice mixture. Cook. stirring,
Transfer to serving bowl. Float an orange slice on top. Garnish with mint sprig.
