Mini Meat Loaves

Ingredients

1 can (5 1/3 oz) evaporated milk
1 egg
2 Tbs. catsup
1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups soft bread crubs (about 5 slices)
2 pounds gound beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme or marjoram

Directions

Beat milk, egg, catsup and red pepper sauce in large bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients. Shape mixture into 6 miniature loaves (about 3/4 cup per loaf). Place on rack in ungreased baking pan, 13x9x2 inches. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with dill pickle slices or onion rings.
