Easy summer week-night dinner

1 5-0z bag of Spring Mix Salad 1/4 cup grape tomatoes 1/4 cup red onions thinly sliced 4 8-oz beef sirloin steaks salt and pepper your favorite vinaigrette dressing |
Directions |
Prepare grill or heat broiler. Spring steaks with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat 8 to 10 minutes for rare, 12 to 14 minutes for medium doneness, turning once. In a large bowl, toss salad mix with tomatoes, onions, and dressing. Divide salad on plates. Thinly slice steaks and fan out over the salads. |

Clean your grill with a wire brush, as left-over particles will cause sticking. Spray the grids with vegetable oil while still cool |
