Ingredients |
1 cup water 1/4 cup sugar 2 cups chilled fruit juice 2 Tbs. lemon juice Red food color (optional) Sherbet 4 lemon slices |
Directions |
Heat water and sugar to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 20 minutes. Cover and refrigerate.
Mix fruit juice and lemon juice into sugar syrup. Stir in a few drops of food color. Pour into 4 small glasses. Top each with a scoop of sherbet and garnish with a lemon slice. |
